How does the process look like?

1. Application: Apply via this form (written + audio questions).
2. Review session: A deep-dive review session with Frax to evaluate your skills and assess your experience.
3. Decision: Once you get the green light, invitations to exciting gigs will start rolling in.
4. Start: When you land a gig and start working, Frax charges a 7% fee on every monthly invoice you issue to the client.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of total experience in Product Design,
• At least 2 years of freelance experience,
• A shareable portfolio and LinkedIn profile or CV,
• Ability to invoice companies,
• No full-time job in parallel,
