By accessing and using the frax platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). frax connects freelance/interim/contractor Product Designers ("Contractors") with companies or individuals ("Clients") seeking their services. Please read the following terms carefully before using our services.

1. Overview

frax is a platform that connects freelance/interim/contractor Product Designers with Clients looking for freelance/interim/contractor product design services.

2. Form Submission

  1. Form Submission: Clients submit a form to help frax identify suitable Contractors for their project.
  2. Sharing of Information: Content provided by the Client in the form may be shared with prospective Contractors.
  3. Validity: Information provided in the form is considered valid and up to date for 60 days from the submission date.
  4. Promotional Use: Content from the form may be shared in promotional materials, including LinkedIn posts. This includes project details but excludes sensitive Client information.

3. Clients

  1. Client Definition: A Client is an entity or individual seeking a Contractor, either for themselves or on behalf of another company.
  2. No Fees for frax Services: frax does not charge Clients for services such as matching, introduction, or facilitating an introductory chat.
  3. No Obligation: frax is not obligated to find a Contractor who will enter into a Framework Agreement with the Client. All profiles shared by frax are recommendations for further evaluation.
  4. Direct Contracting Penalty: If a Client signs a contract with a Contractor outside of frax after an introduction, the Client must pay a €10,000 penalty to frax.

4. Introduction

  1. Introduction Definition: An introduction occurs when frax connects a Contractor and Client via email or LinkedIn.
  2. Introduction Information: The introduction will include the Contractor’s experience, availability, rate brackets, and potential engagement in days per week.
